A smaller way in.

Peaceful Eating Jumpstart is a library of guided meditations, Parts Journeys and lessons from The Peaceful Eating Way™ — the tools I reach for most, in one place, for the moments when you need them.

Understanding your eating is one thing. Having something to do at 9:15 is another.

Most of the people I work with already understand their eating better than they used to. They can tell you which Part is driving, and why. And then one night they're standing at the cabinet anyway, not even hungry, and all that understanding doesn't help much in the moment.

What helps is having something to do right then. That's what Jumpstart is for. It's a set of recordings I made for exactly those moments: short meditations you can play while you're still standing in the kitchen, guided journeys where I walk you through meeting the Part that's driving the eating, and lessons on the places people get stuck most.

There's no group and no schedule. You go at your own pace, and my voice is there when you need it.

What's inside

Five collections, more than fifteen hours in all. Start anywhere.

1

Short meditations to settle and recenter

Grounding, 3-Point Focus, Back to Your Breath, and Unblending. A few minutes each, made for the moment itself.

2

Six guided Parts Journeys

I walk you through meeting the everyday protectors behind the eating, building some trust with them, and helping them soften.

3

Lessons on the common sticking points

Six special-topic lessons, including “The Parts That Nag” and “What's Your Kryptonite,” to help you apply Parts work to real life.

4

Practice sessions for real situations

Full-length sessions on Night-Time Eating, the “If/When… Then” bargain, and The Top of the Mind — the situations that trip people up most.

5

The Finish Line Anxiety Masterclass

Some Parts get more nervous the closer you get to what you want. This masterclass is about meeting them, so reaching a goal can feel calm instead of dangerous.

How I'd use it if I were you

Tonight

Put on the Back to Your Breath meditation. It's a few minutes long. Then close it and go about your evening. That's enough for a first night.

This week

Sit down with one of the guided Parts Journeys and let me walk you through it — who to look for, what to ask, what to do when a Part doesn't want to talk.

When you're stuck

Go to the lesson that matches the situation: night-time eating, the bargain you keep making, the Part that nags. That's what they're there for.
