Meet Your Instructor
Everett Considine
Everett is a compassionate teacher, best-selling author, and Level 3 Certified Internal Family Systems Practitioner with over a decade of experience. In over 30 years of dedicated meditation and mindfulness practice, he found that Internal Family Systems (IFS) was the missing piece of the puzzle. IFS gives you a nuanced language and way to relate to yourself that is deeply healing and transforming. It allows you to address the deeper emotional issues that can be easily “bypassed” in many forms of personal growth.
Everett has taken his training and has become one of the world’s top experts in applying IFS-based Parts Work to the weight-loss journey and is the originator of The Peaceful Eating Way™. Over 7,000 people have been through his trainings and 10’s of thousands have benefitted from his work. He is the co-author of “Rezoom: The Powerful Reframe to End the Crash-and-Burn Cycle of Food Addiction".
Everett’s journey includes over a decade of teaching IFS, coupled with a background in Buddhism, Shamanism, and deep spiritual practice. His many years of daily meditation allow him to be deeply present for his clients and his compassionate approach will guide you to a place of peace and self-understanding.
