Watch for your assignment email from [email protected] by end of day, Saturday. 😄

Additionally, in 2023 email providers automatically strengthened their spam filters which is making it difficult to contact Podmates via email, especially if your email address ends in icloud.com, me.com or mac.com. In order to receive these email domains, you must include your podmate’s email addresses in your safe senders list as well as Natasha’s. You might find it necessary to call or text each other in order to connect.

Participant Name:

Enter the name you wish to use for Parts Pods. For some people, this is their Facebook name or their nickname instead of the name with which they registered for the course. This name will be sent to the assigned Parts Pod group along with your cell phone number and email address.

Participant Cell #:

Email providers have raised their spam filter levels and many participants are unable to receive emails from each other. Please provide us with your cell phone number so we and your Pod partners can contact you if this happens. Also, participants must have a cell phone # in order to use Marco Polo in asynchronous groups.

Pod Meeting Type:

Some people wish to only meet asynchronously through Marco Polo. Other people prefer a live meet at a certain time once or twice a week maybe using Zoom. Choose the meeting type you prefer.

What is your intention:

Each 6-week Parts Pod round is anchored in a guided Roadmap. A Roadmap is a weekly email you’ll receive during the round that links you to a specific Peaceful Living training or Parts Work Practice for that week. Roadmaps may focus on a group of Parts Work Practices, a mini-course (such as Exiles or Finish Line Anxiety), or a set of special lectures or original lessons already available inside Peaceful Living.

Every Pod is matched around one shared Roadmap, and your selection here allows us to be place you with others who are working with the same weekly focus. Most rounds offer two Roadmap options, though some may offer one or three.

Within your Pod, you’ll have the opportunity to choose how you’d like to engage — whether that’s reviewing the Roadmap material together, practicing Parts-informed dialogue, or using structured self-guided facilitation and witnessing.

Pod Global Region:

If you prefer a Study Pod which meets live, choose the Global Region where the day time hours best match your schedule. For example, if you work 9-5 and live in Los Angeles, you'll pick the Americas.  If you work night shift and live in France, you might actually prefer to choose Oceania. It's up to you... the point is to accommodate typical live meet hours in each global region so that groups have a good chance of finding a mutually acceptable meeting time.

How Many Partners:

Do you need a full pod? Or do you already have one partner and the two of you need a randomly assigned 3rd person?

If you are looking for a 3rd person, please make sure:

  • BOTH you must submit a signup form, and
  • each other’s names MUST be entered in the text box so we can make sure the two of you stay together and don't get put in a different pod.

Random assignment

Are you requesting to be randomly assigned to a Parts Pod to explore one of the Peaceful Living Study Areas together on a Roadmap? If so, fill out the form below.

If you want to build your own Pod and develop your unique Pod format, please do not fill out this form.  Feel free to self-form a group using our Facebook group, private messaging members, or using the chat during our live Zoom meeting.

Click submit then check your email for a confirmation that this form was received.

If you have a little extra time, go to the Pods Best Practices Folder in Tools and Help and watch some of the explanatory Pods videos.
