Welcome to the Peaceful Living Program!
Set Up for Success in Just 10 Minutes.
Welcome to your journey with the Peaceful Living program! We're thrilled to have you with us. This page serves as your gateway to everything our course has to offer. It’s best to set up as much as you can today, but you can bookmark this page and also find these options under the Tools & Help section on our course website. Let's get started and make sure you're all set for a transformative experience!
Support and Connection
Our private, hidden Facebook group is called Peaceful Living.
Participating in the Facebook Group is completely optional - it is the place where you will find 24 hour support. We have tried other platforms but have not yet found one that provides an equal or better experience. It is possible to turn off the sound and alerts if you wish and simply visit the group at times that work for you. If you do not wish to join now, you will find a place to join later in your course Tools and Help folder.
Please do the following 3 steps (watch this video for more details if needed):
- Fill out and submit the request form below
- Go to Facebook and send a friend request to Tracy Anne Overbaugh Kirkman
- Watch for and accept the group invite in your Facebook notifications

Advanced (IFS-based) Parts Work Roadmap
Structure your journey through the Peaceful Living continuity program with a group deep dive of the program's foundational lessons.
The Peaceful Living program is built to meet the needs of those from beginning Parts Work to advanced parts work. Because of this, entering the continuity program can sometimes be overwhelming and hard to decide what to focus on first. With this roadmap, you don't have to decide what to focus on because we point you right to the material!
This Advanced Parts Work Roadmap is a guide to mastering the essential lessons of our continuity program. The lessons in this Roadmap are the ones which Everett recommends we do after we have finished the lessons in Peaceful Eating. We will do deep dives like this as a group twice a year so if you are still working on earlier lessons, don't worry. You can access this information in Peaceful Living any time you want, and we'll have another Roadmap deep dive every 6 months or so.
Why join an Advanced Parts Work Roadmap deep dive?
- Structured Learning: Each week, you’ll receive focused weekly emails, guiding you directly through key lessons, helping you build a solid foundation in advanced parts work.
- Community Interaction: Engage with fellow members who are on the same learning path, share insights, and deepen your understanding through group discussions in our Facebook community.
- Continued Growth: Perfect for those transitioning from Peaceful Eating, this program reinforces your learning and prepares you for more advanced concepts.
- Flexible Engagement: Not ready to dive in right away? No worries! We re-run this deep dive each January and July, allowing you time to complete or revisit Peaceful Eating content before advancing.
Remember, the Peaceful Living course is rich with materials and opportunities. While it can be challenging to navigate so much new information, participating in this Roadmap provides a guide to your initial studies.
The Peaceful Living Program also has weekly emails which keep you current with our community's latest zoom, discussions and practices. Join us to not just learn, but to belong and grow with your Peaceful Living peers.
Please complete this form if you would like to join the Advanced Parts Work Roadmap this season.
New Member Program Guide Check-in
New members who submit this form will be assigned a Program Guide who will check in with you once a month for 3 months.
- Please submit this form to let your Program Guide know which methods of contact will work for you.
- Also include your Facebook name if using that method of communication since many Facebook names are different from course registration names.
- If you do NOT want a Program Guide to contact you, do NOT submit this form.
Please complete this form to indicate you would like to be contacted by a Program Guide.
Would you like to be guided by Everett through a Witnessed Parts Work Session?
On a regular basis, Everett will guide a Peaceful Living volunteer through an Inner Journey with their Parts. These sessions are witnessed by our community on a live Zoom.
Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend and witness this transformative process. We can learn about our own system by identifying with others and our witnessing can be a powerful healing experience for the volunteer.
The Tools & Help folder in your course has another spot to sign up if you want to decide later.

Make sure you can receive weekly course emails!
To receive regular informational course emails, members need to be subscribed to Everett's emails. Make sure you have allowed marketing emails from Everett. Go to your settings to turn them back on if you accidentally turned them off!

If you don't receive emails promptly from Everett, check your spam and promotions folder. Mark those emails as important so they will come to your inbox in the future.
Many email providers have raised spam security levels which, unfortunately, has made it difficult to receive emails from friends and family. AOL, iCloud and yahoo are particularly fierce protectors. We strongly recommend that you add the following email addresses as safe senders so you can always receive Everett's course communications:
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
Do you have time to volunteer to co-host?
If you have a bit of technical skills, have a laptop and often attend Everett's live Zooms... we could use your help. We have a committee of Peaceful Living members who take turns to co-host Zooms. If you are interested, please submit the form to the right and our committee chair will contact you via email with more information.
Would you like to share your time zone?
We'll use your country and time zone to try to schedule future events so we reach more members around the globe. Just type in whatever you think would be helpful.
